Aloha Aina at Dragon Boat Festival 2011

Despite the fact that we are a bunch of ordinary people (non-professional dancers), we were inspired to put together a multicultural dance to Chris Tomlin's new version of How Great is Our God to honor Martin Luther King's dream.  We pray that this will be an inspiration to others, particularly those who are gifted in dance, to come together and offer their various forms of dance in praise to Our Lord Jesus Christ to whom every knee shall bow and every tongue confess.  We tried to represent 13 cultures including the ones represented in the song (India, Chippewa, Indonesian, Russian, Tahitian, Brazilian (Samba), Mexican, Rwandan, African (multi-cultural), Samoan, Hawaiian, Israeli, Chinese).  We pray we get a chance to do this again (better) and hopefully add more cultures.
